Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience working successfully to build security into development processes
  • Experience with evaluating and developing controls, quality gates, etc. for development/deployment pipelines
  • Working knowledge and application of security best practices in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with design and securing APIs, systems, services in cloud environments
  • Experience pushing the security narrative with partnering teams

Responsibilities
  • Drives the “shifting left” of security processes in collaboration with development and operations teams
  • Develops and implements security policies, procedures, and standards
  • Develops and integrates governance processes with risk management framework
  • Provides process enhancements for security tools, enabling Security Business Operations
  • Moves the needle, matures the organization's security posture, making it easy to do the right thing
  • Ensures all applications and systems are compliant with relevant security standards and regulations
  • Cross-trains, mentors other members of the team
