Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize sales activities and customer/prospect contact to achieve business goals
  • Plan and develop dealer/distributor network in the territory
  • Motivate dealers and distributors to promote our portfolio of products and services
  • Educate growers, dealers, and distributors on new products
  • Conduct direct farm visits to promote and sell our portfolio of products
  • Sell, help install, and service fertilizer application equipment
  • Sell fertilizer product storage tanks
  • Deliver fertilizer, parts, equipment, and storage tanks to dealers and farmers
  • Conduct grower meetings to promote the use of our products
  • Attend farm shows to promote the use of our products and services
  • Locate and develop test plot location to support the research & development program
  • Manage and collect accounts receivable to keep receivables current
