Requirements

  • Standardization Operator or Instructor Operator
  • Minimum of 5 years Industry Experience.
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • Prior military or government agency exposure / experience preferred.
  • Aircraft, Spacecraft, or UAV Operations Experience.
Responsibilities
  • Design training curriculums (POIs) across a variety of platforms, ranging from computer-based simulations and knowledge portals to hands-on individual and collective training.
  • Work across all Anduril teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations, to capture product updates and support training of End Users.
  • Build tools, collect data, and inform Program Management and Business Development efforts.
  • Orchestrate the delivery of training on Anduril products through classroom presentations and hands on instruction at both customer and Anduril sites.
  • Create, shape, and manage training collateral for our product capabilities and technology to end users.
  • Support Anduril’s global customers through proactive communications and detail-oriented execution.
  • Propose process and product improvements based on customer feedback and available metrics/analytics.
  • Participate in the development of simulation tools and training resources to enhance learning experiences.
  • Manage training documentation, ensuring up-to-date records for internal and potential customer training needs.
  • Focus on and own training Anduril’s internal flight team.
  • Manage Anduril’s internal flight team training, currency, and proficiency status.
