- A graduate education, preferably in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- Four to five years of experience in shore-based catering management, procurement, supply chain, or victualling operations.
- Knowledge of vendor management, procurement processes, and commercial negotiations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Procurement and supply coordination skills.
- Request for quotation and cost analysis skills.
- Purchase order management skills.
- Data management skills.
- Invoice tracking and reporting skills.
- Communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Process vessel provision requisitions within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with vessels, vendors, and agents for supply arrangements and order execution.
- Obtain, analyze, and compare quotations to ensure commercial competitiveness.
- Negotiate pricing and service terms while maintaining approved quality standards.
- Monitor requests for quotation, purchase orders, confirmations, and supply status until completion.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and minimum supply lead times.
- Maintain and update DAS, vessel trading patterns, and operational databases.
- Maintain procurement records and correspondence for audit and operational purposes.
- Coordinate resolution of supply discrepancies, complaints, and service issues.
- Support invoice processing and timely resolution of invoice-related queries.
- Hotel Management or Hospitality Management education.
