Requirements
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in business operations, resource management, and/or project management
  • Expert skills in Salesforce and Monday.com
  • Strong reporting experience with demonstrated proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to prioritize competing business needs, manage deadlines, and proactively manage business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Significant experience working cross functionally with legal and accounting teams with an understanding of broader business impact
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable escalating or following up with stakeholders when requests get roadblocked
  • Excitement for building processes to accommodate new products and challenges, leveraging strong data skills to share insights and make actionable recommendations
  • A keen attention to detail with inherent motivation toward continuous improvement
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Have experience with Ironclad and NetSuite
  • Are a certified project manager
  • Have experience working at a startup
  • Are passionate about social media and influencer marketing
Responsibilities
  • Project manage strategic business-wide initiatives including directing operational activities, workflow development, and resource management as necessary.
  • Review and refine our project management platform, Monday.com, including template development, integrations and daily maintenance.
  • Interface directly with key senior stakeholders and critical client contacts
  • Own all systems management and data integrity, acting as the lead point person across all business operations activities
  • Oversee Salesforce; responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of data input, financial workflows, and supporting integrations.
  • Work closely with Data Governance to ensure compliance and audit-readiness; regularly monitor and manage data from multiple sources, oversee data integrity and supporting workflows across all operational systems.
  • Implement, evangelize, and enforce business procedures and operational workflows; building new and evolving processes to improve outcomes and support scale.
  • Utilize quantitative data and intuitive observation to drive business decisions and demonstrate measurable added value to the organization.
  • Work cross-functionally across teams to surface key insights and learnings that can help elevate the business overall, scaling our business processes for future growth.
  • Establish and manage cadence for business reporting; create and manipulate data, analyzing critical business metrics to help the organization manage performance.
  • Lead and assist with special projects as necessary.
