Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or Finance
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • 2-3+ years of experience working with regulated funds in an operational or administrative capacity
  • Understanding of private equity and private credit principles and terminology

Responsibilities
  • Communicate trade activities to fund administrator
  • Handle queries and issues related to trade settlements and discrepancies
  • Assist in communication of post-close events within fund’s investments
  • Perform daily reconciliations of cash and positions
  • Review and reconcile subscriptions and redemptions
  • Coordinate tender offer process
  • Coordinate quarterly dividend process
  • Assist with tax reporting for investors
  • Manage production calendar for filings of the Fund
