  • Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree
  • 4 years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise Application modernization strategy and execution
  • 2 years management or technology consulting experience
  • 2 years of multi-unit back of house restaurant technology experience
  • Hands-on experience in transformation advisory, and program/delivery leadership
  • Experience with Enterprise Application Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS) and SaaS solution (enterprise back of house and kitchen management solutions) planning, selection, & implementation
  • Demonstrated an ability to serve and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams
Responsibilities
  • Advise and assist clients on the strategy, selection, planning, implementation (design, configuration, testing, etc.), pilot readiness, pilot execution, and deployment of back of house restaurant technologies (Inventory, Purchasing, Labor Management, Recipe, Culinary, Kitchen Management, Forecasting, Reporting & Analytics, etc.)
  • Facilitate working sessions and meetings, including requirements gathering, process design, conference room pilots, Steering Committees, and deployment planning
  • Drive business development by strengthening existing client relationships, attending and presenting at industry conferences, and identifying and engaging with new, untapped clients
  • Contribute to the firm’s growth and reputation by delivering exceptional solutions to our customers
