Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of and implementation of a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with company goals and enhances employee engagement.
  • Develop communication plans for major organizational initiatives, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging.
  • Write and edit internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and reports, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
  • Produce multimedia content (videos, presentations, etc.) to support communication initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of open communication by creating channels for employee feedback and involvement.
  • Organize and facilitate internal events, town halls, and workshops to encourage dialogue and share important updates.
  • Partner with HR, marketing, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Work with leadership to communicate changes, initiatives, and key messages effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts through surveys, feedback, and engagement metrics.
  • Use data to continuously improve communication strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing internal crisis communication plans to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination during critical situations.
  • Integrate with the global PR team to support messaging during times of need.
