  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or inspection in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of and ability to use trade tools, including micrometers, calipers, and go/no-go gauges.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds while working in areas exposed to noise, dust, and temperature variations.
Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test materials and products at various stages of production to ensure they meet established quality standards.
  • Identify and document defects or non-conformities and communicate findings to production teams and management.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct routine audits of manufacturing processes and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality-control procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing regular updates to management.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team and business objectives.
