About the job

Requirements
  • Five to ten years of hands-on experience in backend and/or frontend software development, with a demonstrated history of bringing complex systems to production and sustaining them at scale.
  • Advanced proficiency in at least one primary programming language, with a deep understanding of distributed systems and architectural patterns.
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks using profiling tools, analyze memory consumption and latency, diagnose concurrency or nondeterminism issues to their root cause, and independently carry investigations through to a definitive solution.
  • Deep understanding of monitoring and observability, including tracing, logging, and metrics, and ability to design systems with production measurement of behavior and success in mind.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex technical projects from concept to production with autonomy and minimal supervision.
  • Ability to make and defend architectural decisions in ambiguous situations, evaluate technical trade-offs maturely, and perform under pressure.
  • Understanding of how technical decisions connect to business outcomes and ability to prioritize work with the greatest impact.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary squads, clearly communicating technical risks to nontechnical managers, and collaborating with Product and Design teams.
  • Ability to explain complex technical decisions to different stakeholders and maintain alignment and transparency.
  • Ability to sustain a fast, high-quality delivery pace in a startup environment amid pressure and ambiguity.
  • Hands-on operational approach that includes executing work such as prototyping solutions, configuring tools, conducting analyses, or resolving critical operational problems.
  • Availability to work fully on-site in Pinheiros, São Paulo, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
  • Lead medium- to large-scale projects end to end across multiple systems, from concept to production, with minimal support.
  • Define and evolve the architecture of systems supporting the AI agent platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
  • Structure the path forward when it is unclear and make critical technical decisions without constant validation.
  • Guide platform scalability decisions, anticipating structural bottlenecks before they affect multiple teams.
  • Own critical initiatives spanning multiple systems within the team’s domain, including production health, high-severity incidents, and postmortems.
  • Proactively identify and resolve structural inefficiencies affecting multiple systems or services before they become scale problems.
  • Formally mentor junior and mid-level engineers to raise the team’s technical standards beyond ad hoc code review.
  • Help define the team’s technical standards, practices, and architecture decisions.
  • Conduct technical interviews and help define the team’s hiring criteria and selection-process practices, including shadowing.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise B2B customers, long sales cycles, and complex requirements.
  • Practical experience developing digital solutions for legal technology, financial technology, or other markets with complex regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Experience with products whose core value proposition involves artificial intelligence or language models, including managing the uncertainty and performance considerations of these technologies.

What believers are saying

  • May 2026 funding of $100M+ financed talent, infrastructure, and geographic expansion.
  • Clients include Bradesco, Nubank, Mercado Livre, LATAM Airlines, and Airbnb.
  • Brazil's 75 million pending lawsuits keep demand for automation brutally large through 2026.

What critics are saying

  • Brazilian courts and large clients can switch workflows to rivals like Jusbrasil or Astrea.
  • Aggressive litigation automation invites adverse rulings, bar backlash, and regulatory scrutiny in 2026.
  • If mass-litiation economics normalize, Enter loses pricing power and becomes a feature, not a company.

What makes Enter unique

  • May 2026: Enter became Latin America's first AI unicorn, backed by Founders Fund.
  • EnterOS handles 300,000+ lawsuits yearly, integrating courts, ERPs, and internal systems.
  • Its agents analyze audio, video, contracts, and bank statements, then flag fraud patterns.
