Requirements

Related experience in luxury hotels or spa front-of-house or reception is required.
Knowledge of computerized spa booking systems is advantageous.
Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
A good command of Cantonese or Mandarin is advantageous.
Passion for guest care is required.

Responsibilities

Welcome, advise, and support guest enquiries and bookings for The Peninsula Spa and Fitness Centre.
Promote and sell spa services and products to guests to maximize sales potential.
Handle guest reservation scheduling accurately.
Ensure guests have a smooth spa and fitness journey from check-in to check-out.
Conduct daily opening and closing procedures.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of computerized spa booking systems.
A good command of Cantonese or Mandarin.
