Responsibilities
  • Set growth goals and develop a GTM strategy
  • Lead and partner with functional experts in the market
  • Ensure Square's products have product market fit
  • Translate vision into a product and GTM roadmap
  • Manage the Country P&L
  • Define the full-funnel GTM strategy across all channels
  • Identify Ideal Customer Profile and target audiences
  • Guide pricing and packaging decisions
  • Prioritize features and collaborate with Product Managers
  • Engage and support sellers
  • Engage senior stakeholders and iterate on strategy
  • Represent Square externally for major product launches
  • Partner with Industry Relations & Operations Lead
