About the job
- A degree in Business Management, Marketing, Automotive, or an Engineering-related field.
- Proficiency in SAP systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills, with functional knowledge and expertise.
- Ability to drive and lead others; self-driven and future-oriented.
- Provide technical and product training on current and future diesel systems to wholesalers, BDx, and independent diesel workshops.
- Provide repair and service training to service providers, including BDC as a possible warranty service provider.
- Serve as the diesel technical help desk for TCT-related component repair, technical product support, and enquiries.
- Provide second-level support to local TSS.
- Liaise with KAM and local TSS to assist customers with technical and equipment field-service support, including commissioning, user training, repair and service FMN, and master pump testing.
- Identify potential service providers and define contracts for field-service and workshop support.
- Conduct diesel workshop audits for SQA, SQT, and IMP, including audit preparation, managing and training service providers, evaluating results, identifying future improvement measures, and uploading systems information.
- Track diesel parts and equipment warranties to support timely customer feedback, identify technical-improvement trends, and generate monthly warranty reports.
- Good written and spoken communication skills are preferred.
