Developed by Port Washington-based JK Equities, in conjunction with Century Realty Investors, the $50 million project replaced a blighted strip of vacant retail stores and was assisted with economic incentives from the Nassau County Industrial Development Agency. Stefani Steinberg, Kelly Dell'Aquila and Stephen Sjurset of CBRE represented CorePower Yoga in all three of its Long Island lease transactions. Jason Sobel of RIPCO Real Estate represented the landlord, JK Equities, in the Roslyn lease transaction, while his RIPCO Real Estate colleagues Joanne Argenti and Jeff Howard represented landlord Regency Centers in the Garden City lease.

CorePower Yoga adds Red Light Classes through HigherDose.

CorePower Yoga adds Red Light Classes through HigherDose. April 15, 2026 1/3 free articles used this month. The new rollout will see HigherDose near-infrared and red-light panels installed inside select CorePower classes. Other boutique studios, like Burn in Los Angeles, are getting in on the red-light workout trend, too. CorePower Yoga is introducing a new in-studio format through a partnership with HigherDose, bringing the company's Full Body Red Light Mat into select locations nationwide. Beginning this April, the yoga brand will offer "Red Light Classes," where near-infrared and red light LED panels are installed along studio walls, allowing students to be exposed to the technology throughout the duration of a class. The initial rollout includes studios in New York (NoMad), San Francisco (Cow Hollow), Los Angeles (Sherman Oaks and Manhattan Beach), San Diego (La Costa), Orange County (Huntington Beach), Boston (Fenway), Denver (Cherry Hills), Austin (Triangle) and Miami (Brickell). The integration is designed to complement CorePower's existing heated yoga format. HigherDose's red and near-infrared light technology has been studied for its potential role in supporting circulation, reducing inflammation and promoting cellular repair. By embedding the mats directly into the studio environment, the companies are positioning the technology as part of the class experience rather than a separate recovery step. The full-body coverage and customizable session lengths of the mats are intended to help support relaxation, ease post-class soreness and maintain energy levels, particularly as participants transition out of more physically demanding sessions. CorePower will also offer a selection of HigherDose products through its online shop and at select studio locations, including the Full Body Red Light Mat and Infrared Sauna Blanket, as well as smaller accessories such as the Red Light Face Mask, Serotonin Soak Salt, Copper Body Dry Brush, Oxytocin Oil and Transdermal Magnesium Spray. The approach aligns with a broader industry trend toward incorporating recovery into the workout itself rather than treating it as a post-exercise add-on. In Los Angeles, Burn Los Angeles is launching Build, a new concept that combines heavy resistance training with recovery technologies in a single session. Developed by founder Maria Chase and partner Shaya Charvet, Build is structured as a 45-minute class performed in a controlled low infrared heat environment and under LED and near-infrared red light therapy. The format is designed to support sustained intensity while incorporating elements intended to aid recovery during the workout. The low infrared heat environment allows for efficient sweating without placing excessive strain on the cardiovascular system, while red light therapy is associated with cellular regeneration, reduced inflammation and improved oxygen utilization. The goal is to enable participants to train at higher intensities while minimizing muscle damage and post-exercise soreness. As consumers demand more efficient wellness routines, integrating such modalities into workouts (and self-care routines) could differentiate brands in the saturated market.

Invest In Your Best

Invest in your Best. Rollplaygrill is Not Just Feeding You. Rollplaygrill is Investing in You this Year in 2026. Every January, restaurants suddenly become "healthy." They dust off their salad menus. Launch a juice cleanse. Maybe add cauliflower rice. By February, it's back to business as usual. Rollplaygrill is doing something different at Roll Play this year. Invest in your Best isn't just a tagline - it's a commitment. Rollplaygrill has already invested thousands into upgrading its proteins through a partnership with The Organic Butcher of McLean (USA Today's #1 Best Butcher). Rollplaygrill pay 3x more to cook everything in avocado oil and Zero Acre oil instead of inflammatory seed oils. Its pho broth simmers for 48 hours because shortcuts don't build strength. Here's how Rollplaygrill is Investing in You this quarter: FREE monthly fitness sessions. Starting January 3rd, Rollplaygrill is partnering with CorePower Yoga Falls Church for monthly wellness sessions. Each $25 ticket includes a $25 Roll Play gift card - essentially making it free. This isn't a promotion. It's Rollplaygrill literally investing in your wellness journey. * January 3, 11 AM * February 7, 11 AM * March 7, 11 AM Power menu for Power goals. * Power Pho: 65g+ protein in one bowl * Power Rice Bowl: Nearly 70g of protein * Low-Carb Pho: Under 15 net carbs with shirataki noodles * Side Pho: For those practicing portion control Every single item cooked without seed oils. Every protein sourced from premium suppliers. Because protein is only half the equation - quality matters. 24/7 access to healthy food. Its Rosslyn location never closes. Night shift? Early workout? 3 AM craving? Rollplaygrill is here. The only healthy Vietnamese option that matches your schedule, not the other way around. This isn't about new year's resolutions. Resolutions fail because they're built on restriction. "Don't eat this." "Cut out that." "Suffer through January." Rollplaygrill believe in addition, not subtraction. Add quality protein. Add nutrient-dense bone broth. Add vegetables that actually taste good. Add a community that supports your goals. When Rollplaygrill say "invest in your Best," Rollplaygrill mean both of Rollplaygrill. Rollplaygrill invest in premium ingredients, upgraded cooking methods, and free community events. You invest in showing up - for yourself, for your goals, for your health. The partnership starts now. Look, Rollplaygrill could have kept using regular beef. Stuck with cheaper oils. Continued with standard 24-hour broth. Nobody would have known the difference. If you're ready to invest in yourself this year, Rollplaygrill'll meet you halfway - with food that loves you back. This is Roll Play in 2026. This is Vietnamese food that loves you too. Tuyet nhi le.
