- Experience in business development or sales: 0–2 years for Junior, 2–5 years for Mid-level, 5–10 years for Senior, and 10+ years for Director roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Self-motivation, a results-driven approach, and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship management.
- Develop, implement, and refine business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and marketing materials to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to remain informed about industry trends, competitors, and client demands.
- Record sales activities and maintain updated records in the customer relationship management system.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company services.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
- Knowledge of the United Arab Emirates real estate market, especially for senior- and director-level roles.
- A valid United Arab Emirates driver's license.
