  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of human resources practices
  • Well organized with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Manages all administration related to recruitment at all role levels
  • Coordinates the recruitment process of permanent hires including pre-screening of resumes and applicants
  • Responsible for overseeing strategy and logistics of recruitment events including Career Fairs
  • Supports HR Business Partner and line managers regarding administrative steps for employees on disability and maternity leaves
  • Prepares and processes all HR related paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Assists in the delivery of Onboarding program for new hires
  • Manages health and life insurance programs
  • Ensures all employee records are maintained and updated
  • Responds to employees’ queries and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner
