About the job
- Completed compulsory schooling (Sek. A or B).
- Be at least 15 years old.
- Be flexible, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with patients, doctors, visitors, and employees.
- Have a broad interest in different medical conditions and operations, and the related specialist knowledge, including nursing.
- Enjoy nursing tasks, be willing to develop knowledge, and have physical stamina.
- Have good spoken and written German skills.
- Live within a maximum door-to-door travel time of 60 minutes.
- Submit a motivation letter, a current résumé including a photo and contact details for two references, school reports from the seventh school year onward, Multicheck results, and reports or confirmations of trial internships with the application.
- Care for and support patients in inpatient and outpatient settings at Privatklinik Bethanien.
- Carry out medical-technical procedures.
- Assist with administrative and logistical services and ensure coordination with the various service departments.
- Build and maintain respectful professional relationships with patients, taking their needs into account.
- Respect patients as individuals with their own value systems.
- Provide services independently within acquired competencies, legal requirements, and organizational rules.
