Requirements
  • 2 years of comparable Manager experience
  • Availability for 40 hours per week across five shifts
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift, carry, and move at least 20 lbs
  • Must be able to handle chemicals safely
  • Experience in jewelry, piercing, retail services or services is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the Studio’s overall performance and revenue growth
  • Analyzes business reporting and sets clear expectations for the team
  • Welcomes and educates guests to the unique Studs’ experience
  • Implements service recovery best practices and identifies client feedback
  • Owns Studio scheduling and ensures payroll accuracy
  • Delegates responsibilities and follows up on completion
  • Ensures compliance to policies and standard operating procedures
  • Creates a sense of belonging and strong team morale
  • Owns recruiting, onboarding, and team development
  • Navigates employee relations thoughtfully and timely
