- A minimum of 11 to 15 years of relevant experience in BIM management or coordination is required.
- Demonstrated experience on large-scale construction projects is required.
- Experience in an architecture firm, consulting engineering firm, or general contractor environment is required.
- Experience providing consulting and support to teams is required.
- Proficiency with common data environments is required.
- Proficiency with 3D modeling software and collaborative BIM platforms is required.
- Leadership and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams are required.
- Professional rigor and organizational skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.

- Implement, establish, and enforce BIM processes.

- Supervise the common data environment.
- Coordinate models across disciplines.
- Serve as a technical reference for teams and partners.
- Participate in coordination meetings with the client.
- Produce progress reports and ensure quality control of digital deliverables.
