- Independently take responsibility for the kiosk team and ensure break times and regulations are observed.
- Keep track of inventory and reorder goods during operations when needed.
- Comply with hygiene standards.
- Maintain oversight while grill and dispensing equipment are operating and transactions are being processed.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks while also assisting wherever needed.
- Prepare and clean the sales stand before and after operations.
