Responsibilities
  • Drive the execution of our LiveOps Calendar, managing hundreds of events monthly that reach millions of players worldwide
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Art, Design, Engineering, QA and more) to ensure timely delivery of live content & treatments
  • Identify and solve operational bottlenecks while maintaining a high standard of quality
  • Implement and refine production processes that enhance team efficiency
  • Support OKR planning and implementation to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to optimize player engagement and monetization
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead change initiatives
  • Contribute to roadmap planning that balances new content, features, and technical improvements
