Requirements

A bachelor's degree is required.
At least 3 years of professional experience in software testing is required.
At least 3 years of professional experience on web projects using Selenium, Java, REST Assured, and Postman is required.
A good understanding of software testing and the overall product development lifecycle is required.
Experience with user interface and application programming interface testing is required.
Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration is required.
Fluency in spoken and written English is required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated scripts, and integrate automation tools.
Contribute to automation project plans, scope, and schedule, and communicate with stakeholders impacted by automation.
Research and experiment with solutions to potential blockages and performance issues, and identify scalability opportunities.
Support, maintain, and enhance test-case automation activities during development and delivery.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues found during testing.
Execute test cases manually.
Automate user interface and application programming interface test cases.
Conduct general tests of application functionality.
Perform performance testing.
Maintain automated tests.
Track corrections with development teams.
Grant status to production versions to be delivered.

Job Description

In this role you will provide technical expertise on our projects and to support our test automation teams in their pursuit of product excellence. You will be responsible for both manual and automation testing, meticulously crafting test cases, executing them with precision, and leveraging modern testing tools and technologies to automate repetitive processes. Your contributions will be integral to maintaining the integrity and robustness of our products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and documenting test results.

Key tasks

Design, develop and execute automated scripts and integrate automation tools
Contribute to the development of automation project plans, scope and schedule, communicating with various stakeholders impacted by automation
Research and experiment with solutions for potential blockages, performance issues, scalability opportunities
Support, maintain and enhance all test case automation related activities during development and delivery stage
Investigation, analysis and resolution of issues found during testing
Manual execution of test cases
Automation of UI and API test cases
General tests for the functionality of the application
Performance testing
Performing maintenance of automatic tests
Tracking corrections with development teams
Granting a status to the production versions to be delivered

Qualifications

A passion for quality assurance and a commitment to continuous learning
Good understanding of software testing and the overall product development lifecycle
3+ years of professional experience in software testing
3+ year of professional experience on web projects with Selenium, Java, REST Assured, Postman
Experience with UI and API testing
Detail oriented and self-driven
Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Bachelor’s degree.
