Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in advertising, media, or ad tech
  • Deep analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge and experience on digital advertising KPIs
  • Experience optimizing towards ROAS or conversions
  • Firm grasp on media rate types (e.g., CPM and CPC)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to think strategically and execute proactively
  • Experience in digital technology and cannabis
  • Experience building out/improving AdOps processes
Responsibilities
  • Learn and master Jane’s internal tools and systems as well as Jane’s ad product suite
  • Create/improve AdOps processes
  • Own campaign execution from start to finish
  • Optimize campaigns to ensure the highest possible outcomes
  • Independently navigate campaign issues
  • Consult with Account Managers for campaign success
  • Assist with End of Month billing processes
