Project Manager - Project Engineer Civil Site Development

- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- A Professional Engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred.
- At least five years of experience in civil engineering design is required.
- Experience producing site development plans for residential, commercial, and/or industrial projects is required.
- Experience managing civil site development projects in a consulting environment is required.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is required; Civil 3D is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus are required.
- Leadership abilities and experience working within project teams are required.
- Understanding of business metrics for project success is required.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow is required.

- Serve as a point of contact for clients and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and support proposal preparation and fee development efforts.
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to support design development and project execution.
- Oversee engineering work and ensure alignment with project goals and company standards.
- Support and mentor junior engineers and team members.
- Manage tasks to meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D.
