Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in display marketing with knowledge of Google, Yahoo, Meta or YouTube
  • At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet
  • At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite applications
  • At least 1 year of experience in project or process management
Responsibilities
  • Support the media strategy & operations team by reviewing project documents for consistency, technical accuracy, and completeness of details
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of advertising platforms to ensure accuracy of execution after changes have been made by the ad operations team
  • Manage the team’s filing system (Google Drive) archiving all project documents and approvals to meet audit requirements
  • Recommend & document naming conventions to manage projects effectively
  • Serve as the process subject matter expert for the team maintaining a playbook outlining team practices
  • Identify areas that could benefit from process improvements
  • Maintain reference materials including a project tracker & index of advertisements
  • Communicate across a team of high performers to understand workload and timelines for multiple projects and communicate support availability
  • Participate in training to support other marketing channels
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition
  • Complete administrative tasks to support the team as needed
