About the job
- A high school diploma or higher is required.
- Experience communicating warmly with parents is required.
- Basic soccer knowledge and willingness to learn and grow with the coaching methods are required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- Experience working with children in any capacity, including coaching, teaching, or childcare, is required.
- Lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate soccer classes for children aged 12 months to 12 years.
- Manage small groups of children and maintain a safe, energetic, and supportive learning environment.
- Foster a positive and friendly environment where every child feels valued.
- Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship while developing basic soccer skills.
- Inspire young athletes to embrace their passion for soccer.
- Experience working with children aged 12 months to 6 years old is a plus.
- CPR and first aid certifications are a plus.
- Spanish is a plus.
- Weekday morning and afternoon availability is a plus.
