About the Company

SOCOTEC Global

Global TIC testing, inspection, certification

SOCOTEC Global provides Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services for the construction and built environment. Its work spans technical inspection, risk management, safety compliance, and quality assurance across projects and facilities. The company achieves this through field inspections, laboratory testing, and certification processes conducted by experts, with a global network that supports projects from design through operation. Compared with competitors, SOCOTEC differentiates itself through a long history of sector specialization, a proven track record of strategic acquisitions that expanded its geographic reach (France, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States) and its scale (revenue over €1.6 billion after recent acquisitions like Ninyo & Moore), and a focus on integrating services to cover the full TIC value chain. Its goal is to be a leading, globally trusted TIC partner for risk management, compliance, and performance improvement in the built environment.
