Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day departmental operations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for DOC Entry, Missed Spots, and Station Compliance questions.
  • Proactively identify issues related to traffic logs, station setup, and feed times, and escalate them as appropriate.
  • Support customer service responses through team inboxes.
  • Ensure all DOCs are entered accurately and by scheduling deadlines.
  • Ensure affidavits are submitted within 10 business days after airing.
  • Assist with setting up affiliates transitioning to an automated traffic import system.
  • Monitor and help resolve discrepancies related to IA accounts and the IA site.

As part of the long-term deal, Travis will continue co-hosting Premiere's nationally syndicated The Clay & Buck Show alongside Buck Sexton. The Clay & Buck Show, which celebrated its five-year anniversary in June, will continue to be distributed as part of The Clay & Buck Podcast Network. Castor will oversee KAAZ-FM, KJMY-FM, KNRS-FM, KNRS-AM, KODJ-FM and KZHT-FM. In the role, he will lead the market's business strategy, revenue growth and client partnerships while overseeing the company's local organization. He will report to Glynn Alan, Area President for iHeartMedia Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. "We are thrilled to have Tommy join the Salt Lake City team," said Alan.
