  • At least 3 years of experience with a global distribution system (GDS), specifically Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo, is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
  • Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role.
  • Comfort using Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.
  • Availability for rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 7 AM and 11 PM.

Responsibilities
  • Provide travel support through chat, calls, and email.

Navan secured a $225 million revolving warehouse credit facility through its subsidiary Navan Travel US SPV LLC on 5 October 2026. The facility is secured by corporate charge card receivables, granting lenders first-priority perfected security interest. No advances had been drawn as of the filing date.
