Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finance and Insurance Manager or in automotive finance is required.
- Strong knowledge of lending practices, credit reports, and financial regulations is required.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems, with Reynolds preferred, is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and ethical conduct in all transactions is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- A valid Sales License with the Virginia Dealer Board must be held or obtained before the start date.
Responsibilities
- Settle deals while following all compliance rules and regulations.
- Sell finance and insurance products.
- Apply leasing knowledge, including calculating lease deals manually.
- Obtain deal funding within 72 hours.
- Work with Sales Managers to get deals bought despite difficult spot instructions.
- Complete deals without paperwork errors or missing stipulations.
- Treat clients professionally and respectfully.
- Arrive on time or early.
- Process cash deals during the final two days of the month.
Desired Qualifications
- A college degree in Business or Finance is preferred.
- Experience with R&R Docupad is a plus.
