  • Experience with building and managing agile project management processes
  • Deep experience working with products in cloud infrastructure, mobile application development, user interface design, web product development, firmware, and embedded systems development
  • Experience working in consumer electronics, energy systems, or automotive industries is a plus
  • Prior systems or project engineering roles and experience with requirements definition and management is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Lead the software development management process for one or more Impulse products
  • Work across many aspects of the business with a strong day-to-day focus on execution management
  • Represent the software team and its priorities across the organization
  • Work closely with other Technical Program Managers to align milestones and work within the schedule constraints imposed by hardware builds and availability
  • Work closely with counterparts in other Impulse organizations, such as Hardware Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations, to aid in the transition from architecture to product launch
  • Work closely with leadership to identify organizational needs and implement solutions
  • Maintain, evolve, and wield the custom tooling used for project management within Impulse
  • Have the opportunity to shape the responsibilities of your role based on your competencies and interests
  • Travel (5-10%) both domestically and internationally
