Have 2–4 years of experience working in a sales environment with face-to-face customer contact.

Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills for compassionate care in person and by telephone.

Have verbal and written Spanish language skills.
Have proficiency with computers, software, and technology.

Guide families through the Order of Christian Funerals and available options through consultative, relationship-driven conversations.
Work autonomously while building an individual path forward with support from the team.
Participate in arrangement meetings, committals, and parish outreach throughout the family's experience.

Base salary of $50,000
