Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in the Semiconductor industry; either equipment or customer related required.
  • Data analytics skills or data science background; Power BI a huge plus, but not required. Will be analyzing various AGS/Spares transactions in order to analyze data and provide trend reports, among many other analysis.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
Responsibilities
  • Engage in early phases of the new product design cycle (PDP) to ensure after-sale service readiness. includes but not limited to spare parts release, inventory planning, training development, CE (Customer Engineer) Tooling release and management.
  • Owns product change management (PCM) and control
  • Unreleased product approval and control
  • ECO (Engineering Change Order) approval
  • Implementation of PCN (Part Change Notification), with Global Product Support
  • Provides guidance/input to Engineering and the Business Unit about the field service impact of part/supplier changes.
  • Implementation of component roadmaps including part obsolescence, replacements, alternative vendors and cost reduction.
  • Facilitates Intercompany communication to align on product strategies, provide technical guidance on pricing, value capture, spare level contents, and restricted part orders.
  • Implementation of cost reduction roadmap
  • Manage strategic vendor issues
  • Manage all changes to the product after product release
