Compensation & Schedule Pay $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications) Current Guaranteed Schedule • Thursday: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM • Friday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM • Saturday: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM Additional Opportunities This position is currently posted as a flex opportunity, meaning team members may be offered additional shifts as business needs arise. As client staffing needs continue to grow, this role is expected to transition into a more permanent assignment with expanded hours.

What You'll Do As an Unarmed Security Professional, you'll play a key role in maintaining safe, secure, and welcoming environments while serving as a trusted representative of both Extrity Services and our clients. Responsibilities Include: • Conduct routine patrols of assigned properties • Monitor facilities and report suspicious activity • Enforce access control procedures • Respond professionally to incidents and emergencies • Complete detailed incident and activity reports • Monitor security equipment and report concerns • Assist with investigations when necessary • Observe and document unusual occurrences • Maintain a professional, approachable presence • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, employees, and visitors • Support a safe and positive environment at all times • Utilize de-escalation techniques to help prevent and resolve conflicts

Minimum Qualifications • Must be at least 18 years old • Willing to complete fingerprinting for the Ohio PISGS Unarmed Security License ○ Extrity Services reimburses fingerprinting costs after completion of two worked shifts • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations • Strong attention to detail • Ability to prepare clear and accurate reports and documentation

Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following experience is preferred: • Previous security experience • Patrol or surveillance experience • Knowledge of access control procedures • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills • First Aid and CPR certification • Customer service or hospitality experience
