  • 8+ years of relevant Marketing and Communications experience in a B2B Saas Environment
  • Background in journalism, presenting, or public relations
  • Strong storytelling skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to develop close relationships with sales, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Experience working across multiple timezones and communication styles
  • Understanding of Design & Brand and Customer Experience
  • Experience moderating and presenting on webinars or events

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and regional teams to develop a Global Customer Program strategy
  • Drive engagement and deliver value to important customers
  • Promote customer stories to wider audiences
  • Track, measure, and share program impact
  • Ensure internal and external alignment with senior customer and stakeholder groups
  • Contribute to the success of the global GTM organization
