- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have one year of experience handling similar job responsibilities.
- Must have prior driving experience in trucks, vans, and cars.
- Must have a current and valid driver's license with no moving violations or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must meet the stated insurance requirements.
- Clean the interior and exterior of automotive vehicles.
- Operate equipment to clean vehicle interiors to assigned standards.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed.
- Work independently and within a team environment.
- Develop processes and standards to maximize productivity and safety.
- Meet processing and standardization minimums continuously.
- Maintain high-level client relationships.
- Monitor profit and loss, labor costs, and overall efficiency.
- Drive team-member engagement, productivity, and accountability.
- Create and execute procedures to maintain stability and maximize productivity.
- Build strong client relationships based on trust, dependability, and accountability.
- Manage labor, daily productivity goals, quality control, and daily and weekly reports.
- Identify and document vehicle conditions.
- Promote a safe and efficient working environment.
- Previous experience as an automotive technician, detailer, or in a related field is preferred.
