A strong understanding of traditional plastering materials and techniques.
The ability to perform heavy lifting, manual labor, and work at heights.

Successful completion of post-offer drug screening, background check, and physical.
Verification of work authorization through E-Verify.
Responsibilities
Apply wet plaster finishes to interior and exterior walls and ceilings.
Create and restore ornamental plaster elements, including cornices, moldings, and decorative features.
Mix and prepare plaster, stucco, and cement materials to specified standards.
Apply materials using trowels, brushes, and spray equipment on a variety of substrates.
Install plasterboard partitions, acoustic tiles, and composite wall linings.
Execute surface-specific techniques to meet restoration and design requirements.
Prepare surfaces thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality.
Assist in the setup and safe use of scaffolding and access equipment.
Collaborate with supervisors, craftsmen, and other trades to meet project goals.
