- Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Candidates must hold a non-commissioned security license through the state of Texas.
- Candidates must have strong customer service skills.
- Candidates must be familiar with report writing.
- Candidates must have monitoring and surveillance experience.
- Candidates must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
- Candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Candidates must have at least three years of face-to-face customer service experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or other people-focused roles.
- Candidates must have excellent attendance and reliability.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Perform foot patrols and some mobile patrols throughout the entire shift.
- Represent the company and client in a customer-facing capacity.
- Follow post orders and maintain required standards.
- Bilingual ability is preferred.
- Evening, overnight, and weekend availability is preferred.
