- Actively be involved in Facilities projects, knowing the teams' space and needs across multiple different cities.
- New hire setup, initiating purchase requisitions, processing expense reports, catering requests, invoices submitting facilities requests, ordering office supplies and equipment.
- Proficiency with a variety of technologies and software tools — and a proven ability to pick up new ones as they arise — including Apple software like Calendar, eApproval, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers, and collaboration tools like Slack and Quip
- Able to graciously accept last minute requests and jump into projects (even outside your immediate scope) as needed
