Requirements
  • Relevant, progressive People Business Partner experience supporting front line, mid-level and executive leaders.
  • Expert-level experience in HR competency areas such as organizational design, leadership development, change management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree and/or HR Certification strongly preferred.
  • 15+ years of total relevant work experience, 5+ years in a PBP or similar role.
Responsibilities
  • Partnering with Commercial Leadership and consulting with managers at all levels on talent management strategy.
  • Identifying business needs and presenting solutions to senior leaders.
  • Collaborating on People programs and processes that align with company goals.
  • Using data to identify trends and develop solutions to drive results.
  • Maintaining expertise in client groups' business, objectives, and industry trends.
  • Providing guidance on restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Partnering on headcount planning and compensation with Commercial Leaders, FP&A, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Executing Talent management programs within client group, including calibrations and compensation reviews.
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and partnering with legal department as needed.
  • Consulting on employee requests, immigration, and internal transfers.
