- Confirmed experience directing an agency, managing sales teams, or leading a business unit in an IT services company or consulting firm.
- Knowledge of information technology and finance.
- Strong expertise in business development and team management.
- Leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and results orientation.
- Define and lead the commercial strategy for the business unit.
- Lead the agency's financial performance.
- Manage and develop a team of six Business Engineers.
- Strengthen Meritis's presence on the strategic banking and finance account and conduct high-level negotiations.
- Participate in consultant recruitment and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including human resources, recruitment, and commercial departments.
- Lead agency activities and ensure smooth collaboration among on-site teams.
