What believers are saying

  • Harder advertises a 10% company retirement contribution plus up to 2% matching for Oxnard graduate field engineers.
  • Internships pay for full-time summer work: Harder's 2027 program pays hourly, with overtime as needed.

What critics are saying

  • Reno safety managers work late: Harder's advertised data-center night shift runs from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m.
  • Reno night-shift safety managers receive no per diem: the application explicitly classifies this position as local direct hire.
  • Summer interns need geographic flexibility: the field-engineering placement requires travel or relocation for the work term.
