About the Job

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of product marketing experience in data centers, cloud and/or AI infrastructure, energy, hardware, or semiconductors.
  • Have demonstrated experience with community engagement, public affairs, or stakeholder communications, including helping an organization earn local trust for a physical project or clearly explaining how to do so.
  • Have a working understanding of AI data center infrastructure, including power and cooling, racks, GPU platforms and hardware, high-performance networking, and sustainability metrics such as PUE, WUE, and energy sourcing.
  • Have familiarity with NVIDIA GPU platforms and high-performance networking such as NVIDIA InfiniBand.
  • Have hands-on writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience running messaging workshops and using methodologies such as SCIPAB.
  • Have familiarity with sustainability reporting, ESG frameworks, or environmental permitting and its stakeholders.
  • Be able to translate complex technical and engineering concepts into audience-first narratives for engineers, residents, and investors.
  • Have experience creating content including technical briefs, web pages, community FAQs, event materials, and executive presentations.
  • Use sound judgment and factual discipline when handling sensitive topics such as energy, environment, and community impact, and flag claims that need sign-off.
  • Be a collaborative, cross-functional operator able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel to sites and communities as needed.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in a technical, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the infrastructure and data center narrative by translating Nebius's vertically integrated energy-to-API advantage—including custom hardware, NVIDIA GPU platforms, high-performance networking fabric, storage, power, and cooling—into clear messaging for technical and business audiences, and contribute to core messaging, positioning, and the company story.
  • Lead local community engagement for new and existing data center builds by partnering with local site, public affairs, and government relations teams to campaign around data center initiatives and develop community-facing materials such as fact sheets, FAQs, town-hall content, and local economic-impact and jobs stories that proactively address concerns about energy, grid, water, noise, and land.
  • Enable go-to-market and field teams by creating messaging and assets such as first-call decks, battlecards, discovery guides, ROI/TCO tools, objection handling, and competitive positioning against hyperscalers and neoclouds; run enablement sessions and measure adoption and field success.
  • Communicate the efficiency and sustainability story by turning energy efficiency, power and cooling design, heat reuse, water stewardship, renewable sourcing, and sustainability metrics into credible proof points for customers, investors, regulators, and communities.
  • Work with product management, engineering teams, and NVIDIA counterparts to understand new GPU platforms and hardware, then translate differences, value, and performance into launch narratives, positioning, and differentiated market stories.
  • Build and maintain a proof library of solution briefs, site fact sheets, reference architectures, white papers, customer- and investor-ready presentations, videos, and web pages that demonstrate infrastructure differentiation.
  • Support communications, public relations, analyst relations, and investor relations by contributing the data center scaling narrative to press moments, site launches, analyst briefings, and investor materials in coordination with communications, legal, and other teams.
  • Own competitive and category positioning for infrastructure by maintaining an evidence-based view of data center and AI infrastructure, including power availability, GPU roadmaps, cooling, network fabric, and sustainability standards, and keeping Nebius's differentiation current.
  • Champion the voice of the customer by partnering with sales and customer marketing to develop references, case studies, and proof points, and bringing enterprise pain points and wins back into product and messaging.

Desired Qualifications

  • Comfort operating in public-company investor relations contexts and contributing to investor, analyst, and earnings-related materials.
  • Experience within the NVIDIA ecosystem and familiarity with its GPU roadmap, reference architectures, and partner programs.

About the Company

Nebius

Runs GPU clouds for AI training and deployment

Nebius runs an AI cloud for developers, researchers, and enterprises that train models and put them into production. Its AI Cloud combines GPU computing, storage, networking, and managed services, while Token Factory runs models through an API so teams do not manage the underlying servers. Customers rent computing and storage at usage rates or reserve capacity, choosing resources that fit short experiments or sustained production workloads. Beyond the cloud, the group owns Avride, which develops autonomous vehicles and delivery robots, and TripleTen, which teaches technical skills for people changing careers. The publicly listed group is headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
