Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, client account management, or a related field within the travel or aviation industry
  • At least 7 years in leadership roles with growing responsibilities
  • Demonstrated track record of building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry and its unique challenges and opportunities
  • Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic about working in a global role and willing to travel internationally
Responsibilities
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global Partner Success organization
  • Act as a senior relationship contact and trusted advisor for partners
  • Lead the Partner Success organization in creating and executing strategic account plans
  • Oversee the strategic planning and performance management for the Partner Success organization
  • Develop, implement, and optimize strategies and programs that enhance partner satisfaction
  • Be the voice of the Partner Success Management team within Plusgrade
