  • Organized and detail oriented

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning Product Before Shipping: Responsible for ensuring that all products are thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed before they are shipped to our members. This will involve inspecting items for any dirt, dust, or debris, and using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques to ensure that all items are in top condition.
  • Shipping Member Orders: Responsible for packing member orders and preparing shipping labels. This will involve working closely with the Outbound Team to ensure that all orders are shipped accurately and on time, and that our members receive their items in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Responsible for quality control checks to ensure that all items are accurately cleaned, packed, and labeled according to our standards. This will involve inspecting items for any damage, and ensuring that all packaging materials are in good condition.
  • Unboxing Effect and Member Satisfaction: Responsible for ensuring that our members receive an exceptional unboxing experience and are satisfied with their product. This will involve carefully packaging items in a way that makes them feel special and luxurious, and proactively addressing any member concerns or issues that arise.
