- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Lead and grow a team of financial advisors.
- Develop high-performing teams and foster strong client relationships.
- Execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
- Mentor advisors and expand client portfolios.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery consistent with the firm's standards and values.
- Maintain and grow a personal client practice while leading by example.
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 or 66 licenses are preferred.
