HR Operations Associate
About the job
- A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in human resources operations or human resources generalist functions are required.
- Familiarity with human resources information systems and employee data management is required.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes without a complete playbook is required.
- Organization, attention to detail, and strong follow-through when managing multiple workstreams are required.
- Experience working in or with multinational companies or cross-border teams is required.
- Good written and spoken English is required.
- Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for overseas employees, including weekly orientation sessions, human resources information system data maintenance, and documentation.
- Provide human resources guidance and support for overseas legal entity setup, including early-stage engagement, stakeholder and vendor coordination, and development of entity-specific human resources policies and processes.
- Serve as the primary human resources contact for overseas employee inquiries, providing accurate and timely support.
- Manage employer-of-record operations through external platforms such as Deel, working with vendors to ensure smooth employee management across jurisdictions.
- Exposure to employer-of-record platforms is desirable.
- Experience supporting overseas legal entity setup processes and providing related human resources guidance is desirable.
