About the job

Requirements
  • A track record of taking an ambiguous cross-functional problem and delivering a working solution, including the process change and not only the system change.
  • Credibility with commercial, operational, and technical audiences, including the ability to tell a senior stakeholder no, co-design with a skeptical team, and explain tradeoffs; experience with operations functions such as language operations, customer care, or customer experience.
  • Comfort working within ambiguity, making timely decisions with incomplete information, testing assumptions, and adjusting as better data emerges.
  • Demonstrated Salesforce administrator capability in declarative configuration, Flow, permissions and sharing, reports and dashboards, sandbox management, and data loading; ability to build a working prototype.
  • A working understanding of the standard Salesforce data model and the platform’s practical limits, sufficient to challenge proposed solutions and critically review partner work.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with function leaders to co-design processes with the teams who will operate them.
  • Run discovery on poorly framed problems and determine whether configuration, development, integration, or a process change without a build is the appropriate solution.
  • Pilot solutions with one team, validate them in real conditions, and scale them across the business.
  • Run a transparent intake and prioritization process, surface conflicts between functions, and drive tradeoffs to a decision.
  • Configure and build Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, layouts, reports, and dashboards directly where that is the fastest path to value.
  • Prototype in a sandbox and test workflows with the teams that will use them before committing engineering or partner effort.
  • Own the access and security model with IT and Security, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules, while protecting PHI boundaries.
  • Handle data quality hands-on where warranted, evaluate seasonal releases in a sandbox, and reduce routine provisioning and ticket queues by enabling teams to be self-sufficient.
  • Publish platform direction and communicate releases and their significance to affected stakeholders.
  • Run role-based enablement across functions that use Salesforce and build a champions network with a named power user in each function to drive adoption and surface friction early.
  • Identify and retire shadow processes, maintain a single source of truth for Salesforce usage, and own adoption and data quality outcomes.
  • Establish Salesforce as the authoritative source for customer and commercial metadata and partner with the Data and Analytics product manager to reconcile identifiers and hierarchies with VIP usage data and Sisense analytics.
  • Work with Language Operations to capture contracted languages, modalities, and coverage in a form usable by the staffing model, and with Customer Experience to clarify onboarding, adoption, health, and renewal risk.
  • Ensure owned or configured solutions meet Equiti’s WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standard, and support compliance with the Chief Information Security and Privacy Officer on access, audit logging, and PHI.
  • Own Salesforce product strategy and roadmap, connecting platform decisions to commercial goals, customer lifecycle needs, and operational priorities.
  • Maintain a now-next-later roadmap that makes priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs visible to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead executive prioritization conversations by translating technical constraints, data quality gaps, and process dependencies into business decisions.
  • Define success measures for roadmap investments, including adoption, data quality, operational efficiency, customer visibility, and measurable business impact.
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to incorporate AI into day-to-day product management, including documentation, research synthesis, prototyping, workflow design, and stakeholder communication.
  • Practical familiarity with Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT, including responsible use to accelerate analysis, drafting, prototyping, and product decision support.
  • Formal product management craft is welcome but not required.

Equiti acquires Lexi AI to pair instant AI interpretation with human medical interpreters

Equiti, a healthcare technology company, has acquired Lexi, an AI language interpretation company for healthcare. The deal was announced on October 28, 2026. Lexi will operate alongside Martti, Equiti's video interpretation service, which offers 24/7 access to qualified medical interpreters in more than 250 languages and dialects. Lexi provides immediate AI interpretation in more than 35 languages and dialects, and integrates with EHR and phone workflows. Equiti calls the approach "Modality Matters": healthcare organizations match each encounter with AI support or a human interpreter, depending on clinical complexity, regulations, policy, or patient preference. "AI is opening a new chapter in language access, and Equiti is committed to leading it responsibly," said chief executive officer Maureen Huber. Lexi won the 2025 Peter M. Sacerdote Grand Prize in the Harvard Business School New Venture Competition's Social Enterprise Track.

Equiti acquires Lexi to expand AI medical interpretation services. The deal adds Lexi's AI language support in more than 35 languages to Martti's portfolio of human medical interpretation services. By Jessica Hagen, Executive Editor | October 28, 2026 | 2:07 PM Florida-based Equiti, formerly Cloudbreak Health, announced it acquired healthcare AI language interpretation company Lexi to expand its healthcare-focused video remote interpretation services. Lexi is an AI language interpretation platform for healthcare that supports more than 35 languages and dialects. The company said it can integrate its AI interpretation services into EHR and phone workflows. Equiti focuses more broadly on human healthcare language interpretation and offers medical interpreters 24/7 in more than 250 languages and dialects. The company said those interpreters receive 120 hours of healthcare training, ongoing education, performance monitoring and specialized coaching. The company also offers Martti University, which provides additional accredited training for human interpreters and other healthcare professionals who help patients access care in their preferred language. Lexi's AI services will be added to Equiti's Martti offering, a video-based remote interpretation platform, with the teams working together. "The healthcare industry has spent years treating language access as something that happens during a medical appointment, but patients navigate language barriers long before they enter an exam room and well after they leave," Maureen Huber, CEO of Equiti, told MobiHealthNews. "AI creates an opportunity to make language support available throughout that experience, from scheduling and routine communications to follow-up coordination, while qualified medical interpreters remain central to complex and sensitive clinical conversations. Acquiring Lexi gives us the technology and specialized expertise to bring those capabilities together, with the flexibility to match the type of language support to the needs of each interaction." THE LARGER TREND In March 2024, UpHealth, then a digital health holding company, sold Cloudbreak to an entity controlled by Chicago-based private equity firm GTCR in an all-cash transaction. GTCR partnered with Huber, who became CEO. One month later, Cloudbreak Health rebranded as Equiti and acquired tech-enabled language services provider Voyce, bringing Voyce's offerings and Cloudbreak's Martti under one company. Huber led Equiti as CEO, while Voyce CEO Andrew Royce became president. Other companies offering healthcare interpretation services include LanguageLine Solutions, AMN Healthcare Language Services and Boostlingo. Jessica Hagen is the executive editor of MobiHealthNews. Its goal is to close gaps in access to care, and pediatric interpretation is a gap hiding in plain sight. Martti for Kids represents its latest step in bridging care disparities in language access." - Maureen Huber, CEO of Equiti SUNRISE, FL, UNITED STATES, September 22, 2026 / EINPresswire.com / - Equiti today announced the launch of Martti for Kids, a medical interpretation solution built for pediatric care and designed in close partnership with major children's hospitals. The new pediatric-specific solution connects qualified medical interpreters to healthcare providers, children, and their families, in an average of under 20 seconds and in more than 250 languages. With language barriers occurring in pediatric care at the same rate as in adult care, the need for interpretation is consistent, but the emotional and communication needs of pediatric patients differ from those of adults. Martti for Kids features a welcoming, configurable visual layer that makes interpretation more approachable and less clinical for children - while preserving the same Martti interpretation workflow, call quality, and provider controls care teams rely on today. "Our goal is to close gaps in access to care, and pediatric interpretation is a gap hiding in plain sight. Kids often cannot advocate for themselves, and their parents may also struggle to communicate while navigating healthcare in a language other than their own," said Maureen Huber, CEO of Equiti. "Martti for Kids represents our latest step in bridging care disparities in language access." Equiti partnered with major children's hospitals to gather feedback on clinical workflow and UX/UI design, ensuring the product delivers the differentiated patient experience pediatric care teams are looking for. "Working alongside our partners gave us insight we could not have gained anywhere else," said Rolando Arrojo, Director of Product at Equiti. Stakeholders included child life specialists, hospital youth advisory groups, and parents who supported their children through care. Martti for Kids interpreters are trained to communicate with care teams and patients across every developmental stage, ensuring information is delivered clearly, accurately, and in a way that's both age-appropriate and culturally sensitive. "Language access in pediatric care is a patient safety issue, and it directly impacts patient outcomes," said Tatiana González-Cestari, Equiti's Director of Language Service Advocacy. "When children or their parents cannot fully understand their care, that communication gap puts them at risk. Our job is to close that gap, every single time, in any language, in a way that feels accessible and comforting to every patient."
