The Commercial Analytics & Reporting (CA&R) team are driving data led decision making throughout SharkNinja’s rapidly growing European business through the provision of business-critical insight and analytics that are accurate, timely and action focused. As Commercial Reporting Director you will lead the Commercial Reporting team to develop and manage the KPIs, reporting and commercial toolkits to support the Sales, Marketing & Operations teams. Working cross functionally you will be a key business partner, gathering requirements from the various teams, translating into practical solutions, and executing with the CA&R team. You will interface with the IT organization to ensure robust controls and effective risk management strategies are in place for business continuity. This is a high-profile role with the opportunity to influence both commercial and operational thinking at the most senior levels within the organization, both locally and globally.

• Lead and manage the commercial reporting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality reporting and analysis.
• Define team goals, objectives, and performance metrics, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to help team members achieve their full potential.
• Developing analytics & insights capability within the team and sharing best practice with global commercial analytics team.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial reporting strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and actionable reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and priorities and develop and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
• Oversee the development, production, and delivery of commercial reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide insights into business performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS): 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences, Technology, Business, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial reporting, business intelligence, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in leading reporting teams and driving business performance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SQL).
• Experienced in SQL, Python
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
