Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent training is required.
  • The ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced work environment is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
  • Outstanding customer service, organizational, written, verbal, and communication skills are required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Frequent lifting, moving, climbing, transporting, placing, and removing household items is required.
  • Walking and standing in varying weather environments is required.
Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise team members through planning and executing online auctions, estate sales, packing, unpacking, and cleanouts.
  • Create a welcoming work environment and deliver client service with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain and replace tools and supplies and ensure they reach each job site.
  • Lead the team in organizing and sorting household items for distribution, liquidation, donation, resettlement, and moving.
  • Report all incidents and accidents immediately to the owner.
  • Monitor and reinforce safety procedures while assisting with sales and profit goals.
  • Work with and support the owner to run projects efficiently from start to finish.
  • Report project progress to the owner daily by email or project management software.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least one year of supervisory experience.
